1.Download ROM; patches **
2.Reboot to recovery **
3.Wipe cache and data(Recommended but not necessary) **
4.Flash ROM **
5.Step 3 again **
6.Flash patch(if any for that particular build!) **
7.Step 3 again( to be sure :P ) **
8.Reboot
